Jennifer

Jennifer Dalman is a graduate of Duke University and the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she graduated with honors.  A native of Granville County, North Carolina, Jennifer has been helping Triangle area families with estate planning and estate and trust administration since 2005, originally as a member of Walker Lambe’s professional staff, and now as an attorney. 

While at law school, Jennifer earned the highest grades in her class in Estate and Gift Tax, Partnership Tax, and Family Wealth Management.  She also distinguished herself as an effective oral advocate, winning a Gressman-Pollitt Best Overall Oral Argument Award and being selected as one of four students to represent UNC Law at the Middle Temple Appellate Advocacy competition in London.  She was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Client Counseling Team, an active member of Women in Law, and participated in various pro bono projects, including power of attorney clinics, the Election Protection coalition, and a research committee for the Uniform Law Commission. 

Jennifer is a member of the North Carolina Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, and Durham-Orange Estate Planning Counsel. 

In her spare time, Jennifer is usually kept busy by the exploits of her son Alex, born in 1999.  She also enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer and pro bono activities, particularly with the Guardian ad Litem program and Habitat for Humanity, and is an avid reader.
