Bio

A native of Smithtown, New York, Eric has practiced law in North Carolina since 1996. He has represented clients in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, business succession planning and business transactions, as well as family charitable and philanthropic counseling. Eric has also represented numerous athletes and coaches.
Eric frequently provides presentations on the subjects of estate planning, financial planning, asset protection, retirement planning, sports law, and related topics.
He is an active member of St. Thomas More Church, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, an avid sports fan, and enjoys coaching youth sports and traveling. He resides in Pittsboro, North Carolina with his wife Kristen and their two children, Jackson and Georgia.
